5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1. We aim to dispatch orders within 1 working day. All parcels are dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your order unless Guaranteed Next Day Delivery is specifically arranged. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
5.2. Second Class and First Class Signed shipping are not guaranteed delivery services. Second Class aims for delivery within 3–5 working days, and First Class aims for 1–3 working days from the shipping date. These are only estimated timeframes, and we are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping provider. If you require guaranteed delivery, please contact us in advance to arrange this service.
5.3. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs clearance processes.
5.4. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from us pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1. We do not accept returns of any products unless it has arrived damaged or faulty due to some products needing to be stored in certain conditions which we cannot guarantee therefor they will not be suitable for resale. Returns must be made within ‘10 days’ for damaged or faulty products
6.2. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned item. The original method of payment will be credited.
6.3. We do not accept returns for opened or used products due to hygiene and safety reasons.
