How soon can you ship my order?
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of ordering. Next-day orders must be placed by 10:30 am. For deliveries not received within specified times:
– Second-class: Contact us after five working days.
– First-class: Contact us after three days.
What happens if I don't receive my order?
If you do not receive your order within the stated delivery time, please contact us by emailing hello@luxxaestheticsupplies.co.uk. If delivery has been attempted and the shipment has been sent back to yours, it is the buyers responsibility to repay for postage to their address again.
