Shipping & Delivery

Please note any order of goods is non-refundable or returnable.

All orders of goods are sent out within 48 hours of accepting of the order (not including weekends, bank holidays and public holidays). If there is any reason we cannot adhere to the set out timeframe, you will be informed of why.

We are not accountable for any delays made by our chosen method of courier. We do obtain proof of postage and this is retained within our management system. Average guidelines for our chosen courier are up to 10 working days, so please ensure you allow this timeframe to pass before escalating the matter to our Managing Director. Our chosen and preferred courier is Royal Mail, we reserve the right to use alternate couriers but we will keep you informed.

Should there be an occasion where you do not receive an order after 10 working days, please contact us to inform us. Our Managing Director will open an investigation, we will issue you with evidence of postage, we will then be in touch with our designated courier. We will need to allow time for the courier to inform us of why the delivery failed.

You are welcome to re-order whilst the investigation is ongoing, you will need to pay.

If the initial order is returned to us, you will have the option of a refund (minus postage and packaging fees) or for us to issue the order to you again (you must pay for the postage).

It is the buyers responsibility to pay any custom charges that may occur and it is also the buyers responsibility to check all their countries laws, rules and regulations in relation to any courses / products / items they buy.

It is the buyers responsibility to be available to accept the package or arrange a time with their postal service. If the package is not picked up in time and it is returned to sender (us) it is the buyers responsibility to pay for the parcel to be shipped a second time and no refunds will be given. Please do advise us of a safe place your parcel may be left. If your parcel is left in an agreed safe place, this is at your own risk.

Any items that are purchased went on ‘ pre-order’ will be shipped when the items are back in stock.

Returns

Please note, we do not accept returns for any products unless the item is faulty, as we cannot ensure the conditions in which the products have been stored.

However, returns are accepted for scrubs if they are unworn and in their original condition. Please note that the original postage cost is non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for the cost of tracked return postage.
